Cold and windy conditions
On February 3, 2007, St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church in Martinsville, Indiana, canceled Saturday evening mass due to "cold and windy conditions." It was 15 degrees (Fahrenheit) outside and wasn't even snowing! It snows here in Michigan, and actually gets cold from time to time, so I can't imagine canceling anything unless there's a bunch of snow or it's below zero.
Eventually, someone living in Alaskan or Canadian tundra will read this an laugh at the very idea of canceling anything unless it's 50 below zero.
